At Adonai Clothes, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
Adonai Clothes reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered based on product availability. If you would like a different size or item, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist in resolving the matter.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received from Adonai Clothes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Adonai Clothes is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
